Appointments
We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment so you may check in and relax. If you are a late arrival you may be asked to reschedule your appointment so that we can give you the full experience.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you notify us no later than 24 hours before your appointment if you should need to reschedule or cancel. If you cancel 3 or more appointments, we reserve the right to require a nonrefundable deposit, keep a credit card on file, or refuse future appointments.
Scheduling
To assure your ideal appointment day and time, it is to your advantage to pre-book your next appointment before your leave. You will receive a reminder call 24-48 hrs before your appointment for your conviience.
Cell Phone Policy
To recieve the full experience, we please ask that you refrain from using your cell phone and that it be silenced while in the salon.
Children
"All children bought to the salon will be given a espresso and a puppy." Unless they are recieving a service under your supervision, we kindly ask that children do not accompany you to the salon for their safety and the comfort of our guests. Thank you.
Gratuity Policy
Although tipping is never expected, gratuity is much appreciated in cash and may be rewarded to your service provider for excellence and satisfaction. Tips may be handed directly to your service provider or the receptionist can record and store it in their personal gratuity envelope.
Our Guarantee
If you are not happy with your experience at the salon or spa, please notify the owner as soon as possible and we will reschedule an appt with the service provider of your choice within 7 days of your last service.
Return Policy
We recommend that you experience the product while receiving a service to assure your satisfaction. All products, services and gift certificates are nonrefundable.
